A habit makes me feel happy all the time.
Feeling happiness is a habit. We should keep on devoloping this habit day in and day out. There are many habits that develop together this habit to make us feel happy all the time. I want to discuss one of them as I found it useful. We may put our problems small or big according to time: the problems happened in the past, or the problems happening at present, or the problems that may happen in future. The memory of each of them may make someone feel unhappy. But if you practice what I am going to discuss, this cannot cause you feel unhappy.
When it comes the memory of the problems happened in the past, just become cheerful thinking the end of them. They all are lost. They are no more. They are gone!.
When it comes the memory of the problems happening at the present, become cheerful thinking that they are not coming, they are going instead. Tommorow they will not exist. They will become past oneday. No one can cause them stay forever. Watch them ever going, never coming. Just watch the rear part of them not the front one.
When it comes the memory of the problems that may happen in future, again become cheerful thinking that as I have faced so many problems till now, so I will tactfully face them. I cannot loss my today for them. They will also become past one day. I will not worry about them today.
If you practice like this, you will surely keep yourself happy. Once you practice this thing for a period of time regularly and continously, it will become your habit soon. Then you need not make efforts to practice it. It will happen all itself. It will become one of your those habits that make you feel happy. And if you are happy, you can only then make others feel happy.
